My journey into coaching began through personal experience. After four knee surgeries from snowboarding injuries, I learned firsthand that real results don’t come just from training hard—but from living with intention: how you move, how you recover, and how you fuel your body through nutrition.That experience inspired me to get certified and create Calista Fit—to help others avoid the same setbacks and build a lifestyle that supports strength, confidence, and long-term resilience.My mission is simple: to help you feel strong, capable, and confident in your body so you can keep doing the things you love.— Calista
